Good cleanser, fast shipping

I ordered the Salicylic Acid Cleanser. It arrived in 3 days. The product works well for my skin. No issues with the order or delivery.

Consistent quality and service

I've purchased from The INKEY List several times now, and they're always reliable. This last order was for the Hyaluronic Acid Serum and the Caffeine Eye Cream, and both were exactly as expected. Delivery took about 4 days to get to me in Texas, which is pretty standard for them. Their products always deliver on what they promise, and the pricing is excellent for the quality you get. That's why I keep coming back instead of trying other brands.

Easy to order, nice products

So I finally tried The INKEY List after hearing about them, and it was pretty good! I got the Niacinamide Serum and the Omega Water Cream. The website was super easy to navigate, found what I wanted really quick. The order process was smooth, no weird glitches or anything. Shipping was okay, it arrived in about a week. The products themselves felt nice on my skin, no breakouts or anything bad. Definitely happy with what I got, might check out more stuff later.

Does The INKEY List offer any deals for healthcare workers or similar? Like a Blue Light Card discount?

C Carly G. 2 months ago
Yep, they do! I've seen mentions of a Blue Light Card discount. You should be able to apply it at checkout.

They totally have that! Check their discount section or FAQ for how to apply it, I remember seeing it listed.

Is there a minimum spend for free shipping to the US? Or is it always extra?

D David 1 month ago
I think free shipping is usually over a certain amount, but it's often based on GBP, so it might be a bit higher for USD conversion. I always end up hitting it anyways though haha.

If it's anything like their UK free shipping, it's probably around a $30-$35 equivalent in USD. Definitely check their site for the exact amount for international.

Are these products actually legit? I keep seeing them pop up but sometimes 'affordable' skincare can be kinda sus. Wondering about ingredients and effectiveness.

K Kate D. 2 months ago
Totally legit! I've been using their Salicylic Acid Cleanser for months and it's been a game changer for my breakouts. Definitely ingredient-focused.

Yeah they're good! Like The Ordinary, they focus on specific ingredients. My skin loves their Hyaluronic Acid Serum. And the price point is unbeatable.

What's the deal with returns? If something doesn't work for my skin, is it a pain to send back?

T Tara 2 months ago
I returned a product once that broke me out, and it was pretty straightforward. Just follow their instructions on the website, wasn't a hassle.

Returns were easy for me. Just make sure you initiate it within their window, I think it's 30 days.

quick question about the first order discount, does it stack with the student discount? tryna get a good deal on some new serums.

J Josh 2 months ago
Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code at a time. I tried to stack my first order with a sale item and it just took the better one.

They usually only let you use one discount. It's kinda standard for most places. Pick the one that saves you the most!

Hey guys, thinking of trying some stuff from The INKEY List. How's their shipping to, like, New York? Trying to figure out when I'd actually get it.

R Raj K. 1 month ago
I think they're a UK brand, so international shipping might take a minute. Check their site, but I wouldn't expect it super fast.

Yeah, if you're in the US, it's gonna be a bit. Mine took about 10-14 days last time to California, so NYC should be similar. Factor in customs too.

Thinking of switching from The Ordinary to The INKEY List for a few things. Anyone have experience comparing the two, especially for their Vitamin C or Retinol?

B Ben Q. 2 months ago
I've used both! For Vitamin C, I actually prefer INKEY List's. It feels a bit less gritty. Retinol is pretty comparable, both are good entry-level.

The INKEY List feels a bit more refined in their formulas sometimes, even with similar ingredients. Their packaging is also nicer, if that matters lol.
